The second week of school flew by.  Students relaxed more into the classroom routine and even tried their hand at a couple of days of homework.  Thank you to all who attended the curriculum meeting.  If you did not attend, click below for the power point presentation.

Ibrahin and Liz have sign up sheets outside their classroom doors for you to schedule a hopes and dreams meeting with them for your child.  This is a quick meeting between parents and homeroom teacher to touch base and talk about your hopes and dreams for your child this year.

In Spanish the kids were doing different readings to improve their comprehension. They were reviewing the rules for capitalization, verb conjugation and the use of description as a literary resource. For the PYP Unit they did role plays to demonstrate how knowing the rights and responsibilities help resolve conflicts.
